David Webber is a real estate professional with more than 27 years of commercial office, retail and industrial development experience in the Pacific Northwest, Southern California and Arizona.  Areas of expertise include identifying, acquiring, entitling and constructing development opportunities for commercial real estate projects as well as procuring anchor tenants, leasing space and securing financing.  He has previous experience as a construction project manager for a Seattle-based general contracting firm and holds a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management from the University of Washington and both a Master of Business Administration and a Master of Real Estate Development from the University of Southern California.
